How to transport the goods?
We offer the same standard shipping to every customer, by air shipping to your country.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 - 7 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How many packages will the order be?
If you order multiple products in one order, due to the volume requirements of the logistics company, your orders are likely to be shipped separately. So when you order multiple products and only receive one, please be patient, others are on the way.
